Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Youth Exchange Program: Sports and Culture Combined

The Ministry of Youth and Sports is launching the “Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Youth Exchange Program” to enhance the cultural and social experiences of young people between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. The program, taking place from April 12-17, 2026, in Bishkek, will offer free participation to young people aged 18-25.

Program Objectives and Activities

The program aims to strengthen cultural and social ties between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, allowing young people to better understand each other’s cultures. Participants will engage in training, sports activities, cultural events, and volunteer projects, including language courses, handicrafts, and technology workshops.

Eligibility and Application

Applications are open until March 6, 2026, for those aged 18-25 (born between January 1, 2001, and December 31, 2008) and currently enrolled in any university department. The Ministry of Youth and Sports will cover all expenses, and interested young people can apply through the online application system at e-genc.gsb.gov.tr.

This initiative, agreed upon with the Turkish Maarif Foundation, aims to foster global citizenship awareness and cross-cultural interaction among young people.
